The former binary options broker Deriv used to operate with the vanity domain Binary.com. It was authorized by the UK Gambling Commission and the Maltese MFSA and MGA. Binary options have been banned in most regulatory regimes due to their susceptibility to fraud. Now Deriv offers Forex, CFDs, and crypto with the new brand and domain and is expanding. According to the latest Similarweb statistics for August 2022, around 6.3 million visitors have visited the Deriv website, with an average time spent on the site of just under 7 minutes. Most of them come from South America, South Africa, and Africa. The website is in the top 10,000 worldwide, which is quite impressive.

Deriv also acquires customers in EEA through its MFSA license. We did not identify any regulatory issues during our compliance check. For example, no pre-KYC deposits are possible.

On Trustpilot, Deriv receives an impressive 4.6-star rating out of more than 16,000 reviews and thus holds an Excellent Trust Level. Obviously, Deriv leaves an excellent impression on its customers.
