Update 13 June 2022: we have excluded CySEC-regulated Trades.com from this whistleblower request as we will publish a separate request. Please be patient and stay tuned.
On any single day, we receive between 3 to 5 highly appreciated whistleblower messages. Our FinTelegram team reviews every single report and writes appropriate reports enriched with proven facts. As we cannot always process every whistleblower report immediately, we start Whistle42 News, where we publish the incoming information with just short revisions. As in the case of the Key Way Group. Allegedly, the Israeli entrepreneur and investor Teddy Sagi is connected to the Key Way Group, whistleblowers say (report here). We would like to know more.

Short Narrative
We have also conducted a review of Capex and the other Key Way Group brands as a result of the whistleblower report and will report on this in detail shortly. In advance, we may report that CySEC-regulated Key Way Investments Ltd d/b/a Capex takes pre-KYC deposits without identity verification and violates the regulatory requirements of ESMA and CySEC respectively.
The whistleblower message published on Whistle42 claims that Key Way Group is part of Markets.com environment, controlled by Teddy Sagi. It is run by one of Ted’s friends and partner, another Israeli, via Cyprus, Gibraltar, and Romania and has boiler rooms in Asia (Philippines). The Brands are Capex and Clicktrades. Connections to FSM Lau Global would not be coincidental.
