BaFin suspects that Wonderkiri OÜ, registered in Estonia, is publicly offering its “NAOS” security token via its website (wonderkiri.de) without the required prospectus, thus violating German security laws. Wonderkiri presents itself as a sustainability project that puts the proceeds from token sales into planting trees. The NAOS security token is said to be traded on the peer-to-peer crypto exchange MatrixChange, which does not have a license for it. Stay very far away.

Short Narrative
According to the Wonderkind website, the naos token would combine “primal nature with modernity.” The tokens would be a blockchain investment. The token would be “exchanged for Kiri tree plantations.”
The NAOS token is reportedly traded on the peer-to-peer crypto trading platform MatrixChange, which would be operated by the FIU-licensed MatrixChain OÜ in Estonia. However, MatrixChain‘s Estonian crypto license was already archived in July 2022.
