Trade.com, operated by CySEC-regulated Trade Capital Markets (TCM) Ltd (previously Leadcapital Markets Ltd), has an offshore entity, Lead Capital Global Ltd, registered in Mauritius. There are rumors that Trade Group would connect or relate to individuals behind the Key Way Group and Teddy Sagi. Here is our initial review as we started to follow the group.

Short Narrative
We recently published a report on Octavian Patrascu‘s Key Way Group and its broker brands Capex and Clickstrade. Whistleblowers have told us that the Trade Group would be connected to the Key Way Group through personal connections. Andrea Peratiti Tsiapinis, the Group’s Chief Compliance Officer, contacted us and issued a statement saying that these rumors were not true.
There is little information about the founders of the Trade Group. Roei Gavish does not refer to himself as a founder in his LinkedIn profile, but as Managing Director and CEO, and is leading the group alongside George Rodger, Mark Lauterstein, Ariel Sethon, and others.
Trade Group is licensed with its brokers in the regulatory regimes of Cyprus, the UK, South Africa, and Mauritius.
The Leverate Competitor
In 2021, Trade Group also moved to become a technology provider with Tplus Technologies. They offer complete turnkey solutions and customized packages for fully or partially managed brokers. The business model of Trade Group seems to be identical to that of the Leverate group, which is also an Israeli-Cypriot venture.
