German regulator BaFin today announced an investigation into the Warden VC (https://wardenvc.com) broker scam. The operator is allegedly Mainserver Ltd, registered in the Marshall Islands. The scam has primarily focused on German-speaking consumers. German is the primary language, English is also offered as the secondary language. Deposits to the scam were only possible in our review today with prior contact with a boiler room agent.

In today’s review, we have received via email the bank details of the Portuguese company Flamingo Crusade – Unipessoal LDA, which has its bank account (IBAN PT50 0010 0000 59516800001 84) at Banco BPI in Portugal. This company is a wholesaler of IT equipment in its primary business. Additionally, they evidently generate money as an illegal payment processor and scam facilitator.
The Warden VC scam is a quite carefully implemented white-label mutation on the SIRIX platform of Leverate. Unfortunately. The German on the website is good compared to the many sloppy scams, and also the user interface is good. This meticulous implementation might mislead many consumers into thinking that Warden VC is a legit provider. But it isn’t. It is a scam. ForexBrokerz has already given a 1-star scam review in early September 2021. Some websites of German lawyers have also issued warnings.
