In July 2021, FinTelegram issued a warning against Argon Holdings Ltd, which operates the two broker scams 356CapitalMarkets and 365CapitalFX facilitated by PaymentsPro. Argon Holdings has used fraudulent marketing campaigns like Oil Profit to hunt victims for its scams. Back in October 2020, the Belgian regulator FSMA issued a warning against 365CapitalMarkets. Now the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) followed with a warning against 365CapitalFX and its co-operator Sand Ltd. The scam is already about to vanish.
Argon Holdings Ltd is registered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines with company number 25834, established by the notorious company builder Wilfred Services Ltd. 365CapitalFX provides Sand Ltd, registered on the Marshall Islands, and Argon Holdings as its operators. Today’s review, the deposit did not work anymore; it seems to be gone, which is good news for potential victims.
On Trustpilot, 365CapitalMarkets and 365CapitalFX currently still have a 3.3- and a 2.8-star rating, respectively, with a corresponding “Average” trust level. The scammers claimed the Trustpilot account in October 2020. However, in recent days, the number of “scam reviews” from scam victims has increased. It seems to be only a matter of time when the rating will drop to “Poor.”
Stay far away from brokers that use fraudulent marketing campaigns like Oil Profit, Bitcoin System, Tesler, or Bitcoin Circuit. These are either scams or illegally operating regulated brokers.
