An Israeli Payment Services Expert
The Israeli citizen Tamir Zoltovski together with his partner Eyal Nachum founded the Israel-registered Payotech Ltd which offered its payment services to mostly illicit businesses under the brand Payobin. Many illegal broker scams such as ICoption, TitanTrade or PorterFinance used Payobin as payment services partner.
Zoltovski is also shareholder and manager of the registered and licensed payment services provider
