An Israeli Payment Services Architect
Eyal Nachum is one of the big buys behind the Israeli online payment services industry that supported broker scams. Together with his partner Tamir Zoltovski he founded Payotech Ltd in Israel, which operates under the brand Payobin. He was a Member of the Board of Managers of the Lithuanian Bruc Bond UAB (d/b/a Brüc + Bond), previously known as Moneta International UAB.
