Moneta Markets is a trading style of the Vantage Group. The offshore entity Vantage Global Limited, registered with the VFSC in Vanuatu, is the operator of Moneta Markets and other offshore brands. European regulators have warned against the unauthorized and thus illegal activities of Moneta Markets soliciting consumers in the EU. Today, the offshore broker increased the leverage for crypto CFDs up to 1:100, which is again a violation of regulatory frameworks in Europe and other regulatory regimes.

Updated narrative
There has been no change in Moneta Markets and its unauthorized and illegal presence in Europe since our last review in May 2022. Since 4 June 2022, Moneta Markets offers its clients twelve new Crypto CFD pairs. Among them ETCUSD (Ethereum Classic to US Dollar), XTZUSD (Tezos to US Dollar), or BNBUSD (Binance Coin to US Dollar). Starting on 11 June 2022, the offshore broker will increase the leverage for crypto CFDs up to 1:100.
We still strictly advise all retail investors not to trade with Moneta Markets or other offshore brokers. These brokers are not supervised by recognized regulators, they are not entitled to support from Financial Ombudsman or Investor Protection Schemes.
