Munich Trial against Gal Barak’s boiler room manager starts today

The trial against 44-year old Israeli Tal-Jacki “Jacki” Fitelzon started today in Munich. He was a lieutenant of the cybercrime organization E&G Bulgaria of Gal Barak, the Wolf of Sofia,” who was sentenced to four years in prison in Vienna in September 2020. The Central Office Cybercrime Bavaria (ZKB) has filed charges against Fitelzon for defrauding 335 German victims of approximately €8.7 million. Fitelzon’s German law firm has informed the court that he would plead guilty. EFRI represents the victims in this trial! Stay tuned.

The trial against Tal-Jacki Fitelzon for participation as a ringleader in a criminal organization and for aggravated commercial fraud has begun.
