The Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) issued a warning against Nitro Software Technologies Ltd d/b/a NitroEx (https://www.nitroex.io). Another warning was issued against the illegal broker Quickx Limited d/b/a Quickx (https://www.quickx.io) and CNexchange (www.cnexchange.io), which promote their services as “world-class crypto platform,” “online digital asset trading platform” or “the futuristic payment token.” You should stay far away.
These schemes are not licensed or otherwise authorized by the MFSA to provide any VFA services or other financial services which are required to be licensed or otherwise authorized under Maltese law. The public should therefore refrain from entering into any transactions or otherwise dealing with the above-mentioned schemes.
Furthermore, information available to the MFSA suggests that the schemes are likely to be scams.
