FinTelegram was asked by an EU law enforcement agency to ask for information about the broker scam HybridReserve (www.hybridreserve.com). The authorities have received several fraud complaints from retail investors in several EU jurisdictions. Already in early 2019 the Belgian regulator Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) and other regulators issued an investor warning against HybridReserve, which is operated by Singlebell Ltd in St. Vincent and the Grenadines and Singlebell OÜ from Estonia.
The Mexican Daniel Lopez Romero along with Serge Michou and Tchio Daloko are scam-connected individuals and/or managers of the companies. The website of HybridReserve is still online but it seems that there is no new registration possible at the moment. The scam was active, however, in 2018 and 2019 and has also received investor warnings from the Australian ASIC and the Austrian regulator FMA in March 2019. The Spanish watchdog CNMV followed with an investor warning in June 2019.
One of the payment processors involved was the German P2P GmbH, which had already received a cease-and-desist order from BaFin to stop their illegal payment services.
Victims of the HybridReserve scam can contact FinTelegram and provide their information. We will inform the relevant law enforcement authorities.
