As reported by Fintelegram, BDSwiss had a difficult 2022 with regulatory investigations due to its offshore activities. Thus, the CySEC-regulated broker hired new management, closed down the BDSwiss brand, and launched the new brand viverno. Natale Mastoroudes, the HR Head at BDSwiss, is leaving her Cyprus-based role at the broker, FNG reported. She has not been in this role for too long, only a bit over 7 months. She has not yet announced her next move.
Natale Mastoroudes joined the broker as Head of HR in January 2022 and was promoted to HR Head in June. She has over 15 years of human resource and talent experience in the financial industry and has worked with companies such as FXPPRIMUS and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Cyprus.
She served at FXPRIMUS for roughly 18 months between June 2020 and December 2021 as the Head of HR. Before that, she was the HR executive at Q8 Trade. She held the position at the company between July 2019 and June 2020.
