On 30 January 2023, Italian regulator Consob announced that it ordered the black-out of seven illegally operating online trading websites related to five broker scams. The total number of black-out orders increase to 827. Consob has been authorized by the so-called “Growth Decree” to order Internet connectivity service providers to inhibit access from Italy to illegal financial websites. Below are the sites Consob has ordered to be blacked out:
- CobraCFD Ltd with website www.cobra-cfd.biz;
- White Rock Partners Ltd d/b/a MyCapital with website https://mycapital.io;
- Vaneda Partners Ltd and Zeus Partnership OÜ d/b/a DAX100FX with website www.dax100fx.com;
- Kleinman Enterprise Ltd d/b/a The Capital Stocks with website https://thecapitalstocks.com;
- Global Top Marketing Ltd and Gps Marketing Ltd d/b/a Profit Trade with website https://profit-trade.net;
- UMO Finance Ltd with website www.umo-finance.com;
- Alberto Simoni with website www.umoperte.dazeroamarketer.com.
The number of sites blacked out since July 2019, when Consob got the power to order that the websites of fraudulent financial intermediaries be blacked out, has thus risen to 827..
