The Bulgarian citizen Petar Borislavov Zlatkov is the director of the two Estonian companies NTMT Transformatic Markets OU and Yield Enterprise Currency Software OU. Those companies operate the unregistered and illegal broker schemes KontoFX and UproFX respectively. Both broker schemes are white-label solutions of the Israel-based PandaTS.
The financial market authorities UK FCA, Australia ASIC, and Austria FMA issued investor warnings against the illegal broker scheme KontoFX over the last couple of months and weeks. The platform www.kontofx.com is operated by the Estonian NTMT Transformatic Markets OU with the Bulgarian Petar Borislavov Zlatkov as its sole director. This guy is also the sole director of Yield Enterprise Currency Software OU registered in Estonia.
The Bulgarian is also a manager and sole shareholder of the Bulgarian Otikons EOOD. Allegedly, the KontoFX guys are also connected to the illegal broker scheme KayaFX which used to be operated by the Estonian GammaTech Services OU. The UK FCA also issued an investor warning against KayaFX. Purportedly, KontoFX is operated in Hungary from offices with the address Northside Business Centres, 2nd and 4th floor, BC91 Office building, Váci út 91, Budapest 1139.
