Interpol Investigates Corruption And Gangland Slaying Around Vanished OneCoin Crypto Queen!

Spread financial intelligence

Unsolved gangland slaying in South Africa connects Bulgarian Mafioso, OneCoin, and the former Chief Prosecutor. The slaying occurred in Cape Town on May 25, claiming the lives of Bulgarian mafioso Krasimir Kasenov, his wife, and two other victims. This unresolved murder case has drawn connections to Bulgaria’s recently ousted Chief Prosecutor Ivan Geshev and the vanished OneCoin founder and Crypto Queen Ruja Ignatova.

Extensive investigations by South Africa’s Daily Maverick have unveiled compelling leads pointing to the involvement of OneCoin in the crime.

In December 2021, Jonathan Levy (website), a UK lawyer representing OneCoin victims, filed a petition with the Bulgarian Constitutional Ombudsman, accusing Chief Prosecutor Ivan Geshev of shielding the criminal organization behind OneCoin, masterminded by the fugitive billionaire Ignatova. The Bulgarian Ministry of Justice subsequently urged Geshev to initiate an investigation, a request that was repeated multiple times.

I am requesting the Acting Chief Prosecutor review this new material and our previous requests and take action now against the OneCoin organized crime gang in Bulgaria and the former Chief Prosecutor Geshev who we accuse of deliberate nonfeasance. And in particular seize the assets of the OneCoin gang for the benefit and restitution of victims under the EU Directives involving victims of violent organized crime as previously cited

Jonathan Levy (petition filed on 18 June 2023)

Further revelations emerged in February of this year, suggesting a potential link between Ignatova, the Chief Homicide Inspector for Sofia, and the same violent crime group associated with Kasenov. Levy pushed for an investigation, even proposing that the same criminal organization may have staged Ignatova’s death. Only after Geshev claimed to have narrowly escaped a bomb plot did he belatedly seek Kasenov’s arrest.

On June 12, Bulgaria’s Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) voted decisively to dismiss Ivan Geshev as Prosecutor-General. The motion, supported by 16 votes in favor and four opposed, accused Geshev of bringing disrepute to the judiciary and protecting former high-ranking government officials involved in corruption, including those tied to Ruja Ignatova.

Levy has now filed a fresh request for the new Acting Chief Prosecutor to reopen the investigation into OneCoin and seize assets for the benefit of the victims. Duncan Arthur, OneCoin‘s former compliance officer, has submitted a sworn declaration supporting this request, revealing potential links between Kasenov and a OneCoin meeting in London and disclosing OneCoin’s extensive network in Africa.
