Call for Whistleblowers: Georgian GammaG & Vegadreams Payment Scheme

Spread financial intelligence

The compliance intelligence platform FinTelegram is requesting information on the payment processor GammaG (www.gammag.ge), discovered as a hidden gateway in the “Vegadreams” casino scheme. According to their investigations the offshore casino Vegadreams, operated by Starscream Limited (St. Lucia), is using a previously unknown Georgian payment interface named GammaG to process cryptocurrency deposits. And there is a potential connection to the major crypto processor CoinsPaid.

The Discovery: Analysis of the “GammaG” Flow

The FinTelegram analysis of the payment flow on Vegadreams.com reveals a deceptive or at least opaque integration:

  1. The “Bait”: On the casino’s deposit page, the user selects CoinsPaid (CryptoProcessing), a well-known high-risk payment processor, as the payment method.
  2. The “Switch”: Instead of the standard CoinsPaid interface, a popup window opens for GammaG (hosted at www.gammag.ge).
  3. The Beneficiary: The payment screen identifies the beneficiary explicitly as:
    • STARDUST GLOBAL CCS LTD (Starscream)
  4. The Transaction: The system requests a USDT deposit (Binance Smart Chain/BEP20) to the address:
    • 0x5F8492d4Fc3Ff60E700e8D9420eE5CaA4D960d14

The Entity Structure

FinCrime Observer has mapped the corporate structure behind this transaction. “GammaG” appears to be the latest layer in a complex offshore network:

  • The Operator: Starscream Limited
    • Jurisdiction: St. Lucia (Reg. No. 2023-00007)
    • License: Kahnawake Gaming Commission
    • Context: Starscream is the successor to Gammix Ltd (Malta), having taken over operations likely to evade European regulatory fines (specifically from the Dutch KSA).
  • The Payment Agent: Stardust Global CCS Ltd
    • Jurisdiction: Cyprus
    • Reg. No: HE 443351
    • Registered Address: Alexandroupoleos 11, Block A, Office 401, 6037, Larnaca, Cyprus.
    • Role: Acts as the “Merchant of Record” to process payments for the St. Lucia-based operator.
  • The New Actor: GammaG (www.gammag.ge)
    • Jurisdiction: Georgia (indicated by the .ge TLD).
    • Role: Acts as the visible gateway for crypto payments, potentially masking the direct involvement of CoinsPaid or serving as a local laundering vehicle.

Key Questions for Whistleblowers

We urge insiders, former employees, and partners to provide information on the following points via Whistle42:

  1. Who owns GammaG in Georgia?
    • Is “GammaG” a standalone Georgian company, or is it a shell entity controlled by Starscream/Stardust?
    • We are looking for the registered company name (e.g., GammaG LLC) and its directors.
  2. What is the connection to CoinsPaid?
    • Why does clicking “CoinsPaid” load “GammaG”?
    • Is GammaG a white-label reseller of CoinsPaid services?
    • Is CoinsPaid using GammaG as a front to process payments for high-risk operators like Starscream without direct exposure?
  3. The Financial Flows:
    • Does the wallet 0x5F84... belong to GammaG, Stardust, or a CoinsPaid aggregation pool?
    • Are settlements made to Cyprus (Stardust) or diverted offshore?

If you have information, documents, or knowledge about the people behind GammaG or its technical integration with CoinsPaid, please submit it anonymously.
