Attention! Investor warning against AMarkets broker scheme

Spread financial intelligence

The Romanian Financial Market Authority (FSA) issued an investor warning against AMarkets (www.amarkets.com). The illegally operating broker is allegedly operated by AMarkets Ltd, registered in St. Vincent & The Grenadines. AMarkets is a registered member of the Financial Commission, a private Russian regulatory organization operated by FINACOM PLC LTD in Hong Kong and FINACOM MANAGEMENT LTD in London. As payment processors, we have found Mercuryo, AdvCash, and Perfect Money. The offshore broker is also affiliated with AForex a/k/a AForex Trading Asia.

The broker works with an elaborate affiliate marketing system, using videos on YouTube and a strong presence on LinkedIn, and the intense use of WhatsApp and Telegram boiler rooms. Upon our registration, we were greeted by Daria Mednikova (LinkedIn). Daria, who lives in Montenegro, introduced herself as our financial advisor. Sergej Kovsharov (LinkedIn) from Russia presented himself as the Head of Trading and Hadi Firoozi (LinkedIn) from Yerevan as the broker’s Marketing Manager.

The licensed Estonian crypto payment processor Mercuryo is deeply integrated with AMarkets. In a tutorial, AMarkets outlines how to make payments to the broker via Mercuryo using credit cards and cryptocurrencies.

It is a fact that AMarkets is not a regulated broker and operates illegally. Membership in a questionable private association like the Financial Commission does not entitle the broker to anything. We recommend avoiding AMarkets. It will save you losses, frustration, and misuse of your personal data.
