Attention! Broker Scam Uniglobe Markets Still Chases After New Victims!

Spread financial intelligence

FinTelegram has already warned against the unauthorized offshore broker Uniglobe Markets, registered in St. Vincent & The Grenadines. Unfortunately, the broker still chases clients in North America, Europe, and Asia. As is typical for an offshore broker, it does not comply with the regulatory requirements of the FCA or ESMA and offers regulatory regimes. It offers, for example, leverage of up to 1:500. Uniglobe Markets is a member of the Financial Services Regulation Scheme (FSRS), which is not a regulator! Stay away!

The Short Narrative

While the Uniglobe Markets website does not disclose any information about the operators it is aggressively promoting itself via social media. On LinkedIn, 21 people from Cyprus, India, and other jurisdictions are connected to the offshore broker. The broker shows an impressive performance on Facebook with more than 158,000 followers and several daily postings.

In the Terms and Conditions, Uniglobe Markets pushes all legal obligations onto the customers. This is legal and regulatory nonsense.

No Protection

Consumers should be aware that with an offshore broker they are not entitled to Investor Compensation Schemes and likewise they are not entitled to Financial Ombudsman support. In addition, you are not entitled to the protection of your data. Uniglobe Markets’ membership with Financial Services Regulation Scheme (FSRS) is worth nothing. This is neither a regulator nor a recognized organization.

You should stay far away from Uniglobe Markets and other unregulated offshore brokers. Especially when it comes to high-risk products like Forex, CFDs, or Crypto.
