Announcement – FinTelegram Balkans launched to cover the emerging financial markets (and scam hubs)

Spread financial intelligence

The FinTelegram team is pleased to announce the opening of FinTelegram Balkans. Over the last couple of weeks, we have worked intensively with partners in Belgrade on this project during the last weeks. Readers of FinTelegram know that Belgrade has been an important center of global cybercrime in recent years. Through companies in Belgrade, dozens of boiler rooms have been operated. Tens of thousands of small investors in the EU were ripped off and hundreds of millions of euros cheated out of these boiler rooms. Belgrade is undoubtedly an up-and-coming financial center in Southern Europe with excellent connections to Israel, the Middle East, and Russia.

Our FinTelegram Balkans website (www.fintel.me) is operated by Next Generation Media Group doo, a company registered in Belgrade. We operate our new site in close cooperation with local lawyers, tax advisors, and risk consultants. As the name suggests, FinTelegram Balkans will focus on the financial markets in the Balkans. We have chosen English as the language after intensive discussions. Above all, our local partners in Belgrade voted in favor of English because enables the site to reach a global audience.

In the coming weeks, we will publish some interesting reports about the situation of scams, boiler rooms and money laundering in Serbia, Montenegro, and Bosnia-Herzegovina via our FinTelegram Balkans. It should come as no surprise that Belgrade is very closely connected with Tel Aviv and the Israeli financial industry. Did you know, for example, that more than 6,000 Israeli work in Serbia in the online broker industry?
