According to their website, Giftbull is a brand new UK-based e-gift card and voucher platform providing access to hundreds of e-gift cards and vouchers from popular brands worldwide. Giftbull is operated through Giftbull UK Limited, where Ferdi Ozkurnaz, a Cypriot, is a director. The company is connected to Ozan Ozerk through Secure Processing Holding Ltd, registered in Cyprus. In both companies, his confidant Ferdi Ozkurnaz, a/k/a Ferdi Özkurnaz, serves as a director.

Giftbull addresses its offer to individuals as well as to merchants and businesses. In our review on November 26, 2022, the platform did not work yet. We were not able to order gift cards. The Giftbull apps are also not yet ready for download. Apparently, the team is still working on the launch.

Ferdi Ozkurznaz is also the sole director of Ozan Ozerk‘s UK-registered Asset Management Holdings Ltd, through which the FCA-regulated Eurotrade Capital Ltd d/b/a Eurotrader is controlled. Secure Processing Holdings also controls AlgoInvest Ltd, United Kingdom, a technology provider for brokers and Forex. Ferdi Ozkurnaz is also registered as a director there.

Ozan Ozerk is a fintech entrepreneur who is active in various fields. Just recently, he announced that he would continue the “expansion spree” with his broker Eurotrader. In addition, he is also the founder and beneficial owner of FCA-regulated Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) OpenPayd. In Lithuania, he operates the European Merchant Bank (EMBank), which is regulated by the Bank of Lithuania and the European Central Bank.
