FinTelegram News has been investigating the white label broker platform provider PumaTS for several weeks. With the white label solutions of PumaTS, dozens of broker scams are operated in the area of Forex, CFDs, and Cryptos (see reports about PumaTS here). In the course of analyzing the FinTelegram documents submitted by a whistleblower we also came across the payment processor Certus Finance. This processor operates the payment processing platform under the domain www.certus.finance without imprint. legal information, or indication of the responsible operators. We would like to know more.
Based on the available information we assume that Certus Finance is a payment processor operating in Russia. In its LinkedIn profile, St. Petersburg is indicated as the headquarters. The LinkedIn employees are Julia Chevela from St. Petersburg and Roman Nacharkin from Moscow. In her LinkedIn profile, Julia Chevela also states that she is Chief Commercial Officer for the Dutch FinTech Novatum (LinkedIn profile).
