The UK FCA has issued an investor warning against the broker scam AroxCapital (www.aroxcapital.com). The scam is allegedly operated by AroxCapital Trading Ltd or AroxCapital Ltd in the UK. On Trustpilot, the scam has a 3.9-star rating with a noticeable number of positive ratings in the last 48 hours. We have identified Pay Credits (www.pay-credits.com) from VertexTech Ltd in the UK as the payment processor. Stay far away from these scams.
The AroxCapital scam is a typical white label scam that is not even particularly well done. We have not been able to verify the legal entity behind the scam. The only currently available payment processor, Pay Credits, operated by VertexTech Ltd, knows it for sure. There, the operator of the scam must be registered as a merchant.
We last discovered VertexTech Ltd as a scam-facilitating payment processor in the Capital of Focus (www.capitaloffocus.com) scam (read this report). The Hungarian Ljudmila Mohacsek is the registered director and beneficial owner of this high-risk payment processor (Companies House).
