After the collapse of the vast fraudulent Israeli binary options industry, the scammers, their payment service providers, and their lawyers try to distance themselves from the past. Heaven forbid they never deceived customers in any manner, they say. Everyone who dares to uncover this shady past is threatened or confronted with million-dollar lawsuits, defamation claims and heaven’s punishments. This is also the case with Eyal Nachum, Tamir Zoltovski and their payment transaction companies Payobin and Moneta International UAB. In May 2019, our editor Tamir received an email from the law firm Zioni Pillersdorf Phillip Advocates (ZP Advocates).
Heaven forbid
In it, they have distanced themselves in their own name and in the name of their clients Eyal Nachum and Tamir Zoltovski from any relationship to the binary options industry. Heaven forbid, that one has participated in this dirty business. Our editor received an evidently internal email from ZP Advocates’ Ohad Phillip with instructions to Eyal Nachum. It probably wasn’t planned to put Tamir on the email. Subsequently, we also received Eyal Nachum‘s answer by perhaps clicking on “answer all”.
However, FinTelegram has since received evidence from many sources that both the law firm and their clients were deeply involved in the binary options industry in Israel in their respective capacity as a payment services provider and law firm respectively. For example, the ZP Advocates have pushed overdue payments to Payobin from binary options scams such as TradeSolid and G.M. Marketing Group Ltd (Marshall Islands). These were the funds that were stolen from retail investors by binary options scams. FinTelegram has extensive correspondence that proves this, such as this email from the attorney Ohad Phillip:
We have confirmed the authenticity of the emails by several parties. In addition, we know the names and companies of the companies that have been whitened in the email personally. From the email traffic of ZP
- Payobin was involved as a payment service provider in the binary options scam of TradeSolid and other schemes;
- ZP advocates apparently collected overdue money for Payobin with the full knowledge of the nature of the business.
As you can see on the emails, the partners of ZP Advocates, as well as, Eyal Nachum are set to copy.
By the way, FinTelegram never claimed that Payobin itself operated binary options scams. It was only as a payment service provider that they facilitated those scams. Currently, Payobin founders and executives Eyal Nachum and Tamir Zoltovski run the Lithuanian Moneta International UAB.
The Binary Options question
The question, here again, is whether Payobin as a payment service provider was involved in binary options scams has once again been answered. Implicitly confirmed by emails of the own law firm ZP Advocates. Is it, therefore, defamation to claim that Payobin as a facilitating payment service provider was involved in binary options scams? Certainly not!
The ZP Advocates Threat
FinTelegram received intel today that Shaul Zioni, the principal of ZP Advocates issued threats against the publisher of FinTelegram and said that he will destroy his life. His very rich and very powerful clients would have enough money to file lawsuits and criminal complaints across the globe. Roger that! FinTelegram will respond accordingly.
