Have you ever heard the term High-Pressure Negotiator? These are thugs threatening you and your family with violence on behalf of a client if you do not sign pre-written contracts at unfavourable terms. We learned that Payvision founder Rudolf Booker and his Amsterdam-based investment company, Ardys Fintech B.V. investment, are deploying such “negotiation procedures” and High-Pressure Negotiators with their business partners. It earned them a criminal complaint!
The Booker & Ardys Way
We look for other victims from such High-Pressure Negotiators sent from Rudolf Booker, Ardys FinTech, or any other entity related to them.
FinTelegram has received verified information that Booker and Ardys Fintech B.V. have been sending High-Pressure Negotiators to force business partners to pay some ransomware in cryptos. Well, that does not come as a surprise at all. While Rudolf Booker has been the CEO of Payvision, today a subsidiary of ING, the Amsterdam-based high-risk payment processor facilitated criminal organizations and their scams. Booker used to work with thugs, though. ING has decided already in early 2021 to wind up Payvision because of its enormous size of shady business. The banking giant wrote off the purchase price of €360 Mio paid to Booker and his partners it paid in spring 2018.
Booker is currently running other financial services activities via his Amsterdam-based family office, Ardys Fintech B.V.
