The German regulator BaFin warned on Feb 9, 2022, against the broker scam KryptoEUClub a/k/a KClub, operated by Mandarella Ltd, allegedly registered in the Commonwealth of Dominica. BaFin now ordered Mandarella Ltd to cease unauthorized business operations immediately. KryptoEUClub (https://kryptoeuclub.com)attacked consumers as an alleged CFD broker with a particular focus on cryptocurrencies. New registrations are no longer possible. The scam will disappear soon.
Mandarella Ltd is also the operator of MrGuru (https://mrguru.io) broker scams, which also no longer accepts new registrations. So it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to predict that Mandarella and its cons will soon disappear with the victims’ money and be replaced by new offshore entities and scams.
The Austrian FMA also issued a warning against Mandarella and KryptoEUClub in early March 2022. The UK FCA has already issued a warning against MrGuru in November 2020.
