The German regulator BaFin announced this week that it is investigating the operator of the broker scams brokerunity (www.brokerunity.com), Kode Tech Solutions LTD registered in the Marshall Islands with registration number 105303, as well as the operators of EmperiumFX (www.emperiumfx.com and www.emperiumfx.ch), Emperium Holding allegedly regulated in Mauritius under license number C216036192 by the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius (FSC). This also operates the ACB – A Class Bank scam (www.aclassbank.com).
According to BaFin, the “contents” of the websites operated by the two offshore entities justify the assumption that the company is offering unauthorized banking transactions or financial services in the Federal Republic of Germany. It should be noted that the payment processors of the Emperium Holding scams have apparently been deleted recently. Therefore no deposits are currently possible on any of the discovered scams – EmperiumFX and ACB A-Class Bank. This is good news for potential victims.
At this point, it should be noted that the EmporiumFX scam comes from the same scam factory as the two BridgerPay clients WAM Capital and The Forex Premium (read report here). They are identical white label solutions.
