Israeli binary option scammer Anton Senderov

Without admitting or denying the allegations, Anton Senderov (pictured left) and Lior Babazara agreed to jointly-and-severally pay $560,000 in disgorgement and prejudgment interest, and each agreed to pay a $350,000 civil penalty.

The SEC’s action and the related settlement only dealt with the defrauding of 2,800 American investors with a damage of more than $5 million. Victims in the US. Victims in other jurisdictions, on the other hand, were still awaiting indictment or repayment of their losses.

The Glenridge Capital scam, allegedly run by Liantech, was one of the white-label scams of the GreyMountain Management scam network of the Cartu BrothersDavid Cartu, Jonathan Cartu, and Joshua Cartu – who are still wanted by the US CFTC for their fraudulent binary options scams.
