The FXCT Investments (https://fxctinvestments.com) broker scam has almost disappeared. We brought a comprehensive warning a few weeks ago. Currently, no registrations are possible via the home page. The link to the registration page has been removed from the home page. We still managed to register and found that the payment options and thus the deposits are no longer working either. The scammers are already almost gone, with the victims’ money coming mainly from the United Kingdom and Europe. We would like to know more about the operators!
Key data

Legal entity | Noga Commerce EOOD |
Jurisdictions | Bulgaria, Hungary, St. Vincent & The Grenadines |

Victims have reported that FXCT Investments scammers used the Slovak payment processor CoinDeck to rip them off. Consequently, we have informed CoinDeck CEO Richard Brockhume about the fraud; he has promised action against FXCT Investments. We hope to receive additional information from CoinDeck.
The website states that the Bulgarian Noga Commerce EOOD would be the scam operator. However, Hungary is provided as the applicable jurisdiction in the Terms and Conditions. Additionally, a St. Vincent & The Grenadines address is given on the contact page. These offshore entities and addresses are worthless anyway. Scams like FXCT Investments are operated from boiler rooms in Georgia, Ukraine, Bulgaria, and the Balkans.
We would like to know more about the operators and facilitators of FXCT Investments scams. If you have any information, please share it through our whistleblower system, Whistle42.
