The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) issued an investor warning against the ST24ONLINE (www.st24online.com) broker scam on September 9, 2021. The website states that the operator of this scam is ST24ONLINE UK Limited which the FCA would regulate. The co-operator of the scam would be ST24ONLINE LTD, which the Cypriot CySEC regulates. A fake CySEC registry page at www.cysec.digital is supposed to prove this. ST TwentyFour Group Limited is stated as the holding company of the group. We did not find any of the companies.
Of course, ST24ONLINE broker is not regulated by any financial market regulator in the world. The operators of the ST24ONLINE scam are apparently Russians with friends in Egypt. On Facebook, the scam maintains a group with more than 4,500 members, and the Russian admin Artem Lukin (Facebook profile) writes the posts exclusively in Russian. The scam attacks in English and Russian languages.
Apart from the almost funny CySEC fake page, the ST24ONLINE scam is so badly done that no one should fall for it. Not even my dog would invest there if he could. Stay far away.
