Urgent warning against EU Option Trade scam run by idiots!

Spread financial intelligence

There are scams that are dangerously well done. And then there are scams that are made by idiots but still find victims again and again. Such fraudulent idiots run the crypto and forex broker scam EU Option Trade (https://eu-option.com) the website of which claims to be the successor of IQOption, a broker regulated by CySEC. Moreover, the website provides the CySEC license number 215/13, which is held by TF Global Markets (Europe) Ltd. The scammers do not even manage to produce a decent fake. The German BaFin has announced investigations against the scam and its operators.

Scam narrative

EU Option Trade works with the licensed Slovak payment processor Coindeck (www.coindeck.com). There, potential victims can buy Bitcoins using credit card, bank transfer and Klarna. These Bitcoins are then transferred to the scammers’ wallet. However, it is not a deep integration as the scammers’ wallet is not pre-registered.

The EU Option Trade scam is easy to spot. Consumers should not fall for it but unfortunately, boiler room agents and fraudulent advertising campaigns keep attracting victims. Stay alert! Do not fall for this scam.
