Twitter investigation – FinTelegram reports are not violating Twitter rules or applicable law and are not defamation!

Spread financial intelligence

Scammers are aggressive and brazen by nature. It is in their genes. They have a lot of money, stolen from investors and victims. With this money, they can afford the most expensive lawyers. Through these lawyers, they want to prevent any reporting about their illegal business with defamation and damages lawsuits. They regularly threaten media, hosters and social media operators with million-lawsuits. However, FinTelegram continues to call out theses scammers and perpetrators and reports in detail about their illegal businesses. In the very best interest of investor protection and a safer online environment.

Therefore FinTelegram and its partners are again and again the targets of these “lawsuit attacks”. Recently, scammers known to us filed a complaint with Twitter about alleged defamation.

Twitter has investigated the complaint and informed us that FinTelegram in their opinion does neither violate their terms of use nor the applicable law. Twitter sees no defamation in this.
