Please Do Not Fall for Fund Recovery Schemes Promising To Bring Back Your Money!

Spread financial intelligence

We often receive comments from alleged victims of scams in which they describe in detail how they lost their money to broker scams. Then they say they luckily found a fund recovery provider like 360 Forensic Limited or Nexus Fraud Investigations Group and got their money back. We edit these comments and regularly take out the advertising for these fund recovery providers. Please be extremely careful; they are very much not honest schemes.

After a short review, we are convinced that neither 360 Forensic Limited (website) nor Nexus Fraud Investigations Group C.I.C. (website) are serious schemes. The latter, for example, have received a First Gazette Notice for a compulsory deletion at UK Companies House. Their confirmation statement is overdue. This does not suggest that this is a reputable fund recovery scheme.

The 360 Forensic Limited, on the other hand, has Fiverr freelancers write SEO-optimized cheer articles that are supposed to lead scam victims to them. The website of this fund recovery provider does not give more details about the operators, the links to the social media accounts do not work, and there are no terms and conditions.
