To The Honorable Prime Minister of Bulgaria
Dear Mr. Boyko Borisov!
We are writing this letter to you on behalf of thousands of victims in the EU who have lost millions to Israeli Gal Barak‘s fraud schemes. EU authorities in several member states accuse Gal Barak and his co-conspirators to be the ultimate perpetrators responsible for these fraud schemes.
The headquarters of the organization of Gal Barak is located in Sofia, Bulgaria. His company E&G Bulgaria EOOD in Sofia coordinated the so-called Boiler Rooms (illegally operating call centers) all over the world. They attack retail investors in the EU with their calls and lies. Gal Barak himself resides in Sofia and has obviously made friends with the politicians in your beautiful country.
Gal Barak and his people may or may not be guilty of the crimes they are charged of by the EU authorities. Finding this out is the task of the competent authorities and courts. Gal Barak should, therefore, be made answerable to the competent authorities and courts and extradited to Austria.
The co-responsible people of Gal Barak are also mostly from Israel and therefore no Bulgarian citizens. Unfortunately, however, they have seduced many Bulgarian citizens into participating in their fraudulent activities. With Gal Barak – the so-called Wolf of Sofia – at the head of this cybercrime organization, meticulous care was taken not to produce any victims in Bulgaria. In doing so, he wants to counteract a possible legal prosecution.
However, Bulgarian is a much-appreciated member of the EU and as such Bulgarian politicians are responsible not only to Bulgarian citizens but also to EU citizens. In this respect, it would be in the service of the EU and in the spirit of the EU community if the Bulgarian courts agreed to the extradition of Gal Barak to Austria. It’s not only about Austria, but it’s also and foremost about the European Union and its people.
We understand that the Austrian authorities coordinate the administrative actions of the EU authorities of various Member States and thus represent fraud cases in UK, Germany, Austria, Czech, France, Netherlands and in other member states. Let the appropriate EU courts investigate and judge the activities of Gal Barak and his people. These states have a fair legal system and fair conditions for accused persons.
However, Bulgarian is a much-appreciated member of the EU and as such Bulgarian politicians are responsible not only to Bulgarian citizens but also to EU citizens. We believe that it should be in the interests of the EU and its citizens if we show together that we do not simply let our citizens be ripped off and deceived by non-EU citizens like Gal Barak.

We kindly ask you not to allow this exploitation of your country, your fellow politicians and the Bulgarian courts by non-EU perpetrators. Please help to stop the ongoing fraud against EU citizens by Israeli perpetrators living in your country and extradite their principal Gal Barak to the competent EU authorities.

Presumption Of Innocence
It is important to keep in mind that criminal charges and indictments contain allegations only and that defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty and that presumption requires the authorities to take the respective steps to ensure that justice is served.
