Our FinTelegram lawyers today received a copy of the criminal files regarding the regulated Lithuanian FinTech Moneta International UAB (now Bruc Bond UAB). FinTelegram filed a criminal complaint against them already in August 2019 for threatening and intimidating actions. It took law enforcement several months to get hold of Austrian people involved in their actions.
The received copy of the criminal file includes statements of the people who Bruc Bund UAB d/b/a Brüc+Bond (formerly Moneta International UAB) and their beneficial owners Eyal Nachum und Tamir Zoltovski had instructed to service a lawsuit filed in Tel Aviv to the FinTelegram News publisher.
Ignoring Court orders
Their means to serve FinTelegram and its people completely ignored an order of the Tel Aviv court who ordered that the complaint be served in German according to the provisions of the Hague Convention. However, Brüc+Bond and their lawyers ZP Zioni Pillersdorf Phillip have chosen the path of violence and have evidently ordered a convicted Austrian thug to serve the lawsuit by “by all means”.
A convicted perpetrator
The contractor of ZP Zioni Pillersdorf Phillip was an Austrian citizen who according to his criminal records was already serving a prison term for aggravated violence. His accomplice was an unemployed man who is considered dangerous in the scene and is heavily tattooed.
In hist statement to the law enforcement authorities in Austria, the contracted perpetrator stated that he and his people had acted on behalf of Moneta International UAB in Israel. Hence, five people “visited” the FinTelegram News publisher and forced him to accept the lawsuit according to the ZP Zioni Pillersdorf Phillip “Gangster Style” convention.
Criminal Complaint
Already in December 2019, the ZP Advocates sent out letters to partners of FinTelegram News pretending that they have an effective court order forcing FinTelegram News to remove articles on Moneta International, Brüc+Bond, Eyal Nachum, Tamir Zoltovski, or Payobin. Those guys earned the money by providing payment services to scams and fraud schemes and now spend a good part of this money to go against FinTelegram News to avoid their exposure. They call it defamation.
Based on the criminal files we have filed a criminal complaint against Bruc Bond UAB, Eyal Nachum, Tamir Zoltovski, and ZP Zioni Pillersdorf Phillip.
