On Monday, the Italian Consob and this Spanish CNMV regularly publish their warnings. We analyze them regularly in the following days and supplement the short regulatory warnings with additional information on the operators and facilitators. The CNMV has recently warned against the broker Scam Finizio which runs as a white-label mutation on the Israeli PandaTS platform. The operator is allegedly Finaz.io Ltd on Marshall Island.

The scam narrative
There is not much to tell about the PandaTS white label mutation. For deposits, the potential victims have to contact the account manager (Boiler Room Agent). He or she will contact you on the phone shortly after registration anyway and will ask for the first deposit. Just stay far away.
