FinTelegram issued a warning on May 19, 2022, against the PandaTS white-label broker scam Investirex hunting for victims with fraudulent marketing campaigns such as Tesler. Just a few hours later, German regulator BaFin announced an investigation into Investirex and offshore operator Castan Holdings Ltd. On 17 June 2022, BaFin informed that Investirex is evidently connected to Investirex Cryptocurrencies Ltd, Investirex Ltd, or Investirex.com Ltd. They claim to be part of a group of companies around CySEC-regulated K-DNA Financial Services, the BaFin states.

In addition, BaFin has in the meantime become aware that the Investirex scammers send out a fake BaFin letter addressed to Investirex Cryptocurrencies Ltd, Switzerland. The content of the letter is about permission grants according to the German Banking Act (KWG) in favor of a Fortinbras Management GmbH. BaFin warns that this letter is a forgery.
Furthermore, BaFin emphasizes that there are no connections between the licensed financial services institution MEX Asset Management GmbH, registered with BaFin under BAK number 119375, previously operating under the name Fortinbras Management GmbH, and Investirex. The use of the company name Fortinbras Management GmbH rather represents an identity theft.
The K-DNA Connections?
The BaFin Investirex investigations have revealed that the operators and boiler room agents claim to be part of K-DNA Financial Services, which is regulated by the Cypriot CySEC with license No 273/15 and thus operates the approved domain www.ftx.com/eu. We cannot confirm at this time what relationship, if any, exists between Investirex and K-DNA Financial Services Ltd.
