The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has issued an investor warning against the TrustPac broker scam (www.trustpac.io). TrustPac Ltd allegedly operates this scam. No further references to the legal entity or jurisdiction are provided on the website. As a payment processor, we have found MidPay (www.midpay.io) for credit and debit card payments. We also find no reference to the operators on the MidPay website. Stay far away from TrustPac and MidPay.
The TrustPac broker scam is a typical white label scam from one of the many scam factories. Those scams can only do their dirty fraud business because they are facilitated by high-risk payment processors like MidPay. These are at least as illegal as the scam itself and support illegal activities in their money laundering.
