There is no crypto market regulator in Germany. BaFin has issued a warning against the so-called KryptoMarktAufsicht, which offers victims of forex and crypto scams to help them to recover their funds. In doing so, KryptoMarktAufsicht appears as an authority supposedly based in Berlin. For this purpose, consumers are supposed to leave their personal data. Boiler room agents are also contacting victims by phone. Stay very far away.
